Great customer service and exemplary service!! Alex was amazing, he educated me on septic tank maintenance and was very efficient pumping the septic tank. My tank was full even after having it pumped in Feb ‘23, the last company apparently didn’t pump it correctly. Service was inexpensive, definitely the best company I’ve dealt with since my time here in Pikeville. Thank you Joe Parks Tank Services for providing awesome service to this military family!

They answered the phone! Quickly put me on the list and within a couple of hours called to said they would be out. Done quickly, knocking out roots and making the system happy again. Call them if you need septic work done in the area.

They were great. The two guys they sent out went above and beyond. I mean they went into the septic to knock off roots with a shovel that had grown on the side wall as well as get as much debris/ big roots out as they could. My husband was out with them and every time I looked out the window they were laughing about something. They were polite, on time, and Professional. They were true to their pricing over the phone and emptied our septic. I wish we had thought to get loose cash beforehand because those boys deserved a tip. Highly recommend this company.
