Great customer service. Everyone was professional. I was explained how the doctor was going to conduct my visit and then I was asked if it was okay which I was. Each step in the process of my eye exam was explained. The doctor explained all the scans of my eyes and I was asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the level of service everyone gave. The staff exhibited great professionalism and customer service skills throughout my time in the office. They were very knowledgeable about the eye wear I choice to purchase. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.

My husband and I have both had great experiences at this location. The doctor is kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, gave me great advice and was very kind all the while. The other staff are so kind and friendly. I appreciated them working to get me in and out also. My total appointment time was less than 40 mins, but never felt rushed at all.

Walked into vision works since one of the leg of my glasses gave out and I need it to be fixed desperately. I asked if it was possible to fix since I walked in around the time that they were closing soon. The store was very clean and Bella took a close look at my glasses and was very patient on fixing them. She ended up fixed my glasses without charging and I want to say thanks a million to her. She deserve a raise :)
