Dr. Brady is very thorough, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. His staff is also friendly and persistent when it comes to form and posture. Carryover exercises have been key at home, I had to do my part. I felt like they treated me as a whole and my care wasn't compartmentalized to just the area of pain. I was treated for a longer period of time elsewhere with some relief. Treated here for a shorter period of time and I am pain free. Still some stretching and strengthening to do yet I am well on my way. Trust me you won't be disappointed! They love feedback, listen and tweak to get the best results. Both offices same vibe and efficacy! Thank you team Brady!

I started going to Dr. Vardy during my last pregnancy in 2021-2022. I had a lot of SI joint pain, this man fixed me right up! Fast forward to now, I’m pregnant again with my third child and the SI joint pain is out of control this pregnancy. Dr. Vardy has made my pain way more manageable. On top of feeling better, these people are SO nice and so educated. You feel like family while you’re in there. Definitely go check them out! They’re amazing :)
