Been coming here for years but I am starting to think that I may have to go somewhere else because they are a little rough. During eyebrow and lip wax, I've noticed scabbing on my face and when I got my nails done my nails were hurting. I really want to stay loyal but not at the expense of my beautiful skin.

I've been a regular customer for 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Tony always does my nails and is excellent. On the few occasions I have gone anywhere else because I was out-of-town, the nails I got were not nearly as well done even when I went to a much more expensive spa. I always make an appointment and have never had to wait more that a few minutes. I highly recommend appointments for people who don't like to wait. I get gel nails and recommend them over acrylic. I'm not picky about who does my pedicures so have had a variety of technicians and have never had a bad pedicure.
