Don’t buy a home from RHC. Poor quality and unresponsive team. Lot grading was also a problem. They do not make you feel valued as a customer. The floor plan was not the same as the finished product, which caused major concerns for my wife and I. My neighbor used Roost and next time I will be too.Service: Custom home building

Run away as fast as you can. Please do not let this company build anything for you! They use cheap supplies and cheap labor. It's hard to speak with anyone verbally. They don't like to talk. They like to hide behind emails or have you deal with a third party. Our house is falling apart after two years also and now throw in my face the warranty expired about an ongoing issue since our purchase. Our pourch collapsed and they tried to say it was just settling. They finally fixed that. Our kitchen counter tops have been an issue for two years as well as our bathroom and they keep doing patch jobs our Baseboards are coming apart.
