I came to get a simple stapler and staples at OfficeMax and I have been waiting to get checked out for more than 15 minutes. As I type, I am still at the desk waiting. I am really disappointed. The only representative I see at the front working today isn't very friendly as she hasn't said anything about how much longer the wait will be. I am mostly upset how there isn't anyone else working so that they can minimize the long line of customers that are waiting to get simple items.

This location has to be the absolute worst. The staff are rude especially in the print center and they never have the orders ready when they are supposed to be. I emailed in an order 3 days ago and have been to the store twice and still wasn't complete. Every time I go to this location there is an issue. The employee need to be trained in customer service or fired

I started my own business and have purchased a lot of supplies from office max but lately It seems like every time I go to this location they are out of stock of what I need. Just went there to purchase a printer that I have been eyeing and they don't have it in fact, several printers listed on their price tags as well as having the floor model is not available either (in store or online)... it was suggested by someone in store that I go online and find the printer from a competitor.
