I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I was on my way to pick up my husband’s suit for a wedding we have tomorrow and got stuck in terrible traffic. The store closes at 7:00 PM, and unfortunately I arrived right at closing time. When I got there, the door was already locked. I noticed the lights were still on and a woman was inside, so I knocked, hoping someone might hear me.
As I was standing there waiting, a man named Connor came up behind me and asked if I was trying to pick up dry cleaning. I rarely leave reviews but Laura deserves a 5 star rating for her work performance! She is always friendly and professional. If I didn’t know better I would think she owns the place. Always a pleasure to be greeted by her.
I recently found out that this place could alter my suits so instead of going to tailor shops that are far away. It’s nice to know that there’s a convenient one here in Knightdale.
