I've been a loyal customer of Mrs. Tam's for about four years now, and every experience with her has been nothing short of amazing. From the initial fitting to the final product, Mrs. Tam and her husband have been consistently great to work with.Their establishment is always immaculately clean, and they are incredibly punctual when it comes to returns. This is a fabulous alterations service. They are reasonably priced, their work is of excellent quality, and always meet their deadlines. I lived in the NYC area for 16 years and never found a better tailor for everyday clothing needs. I have not used them for a wedding or formal dress yet, but I 100% would trust them for the most complex alterations - I have probably had 60+ items altered by Tams at this point. Highly recommend!

5 stars! I read a bunch of reviews for various tailors in Raleigh and went to another one before going to Tam’s where the lady basically said what I wanted was too hard and turned me away, so I wasn’t optimistic going to Tam’s as my second stop, but the lady who helped me was super nice, quick and efficient even though they were very busy on a Monday during the lunch hour. I needed it next day for a wedding and she said no problem. Highly recommend!
