I had such a hard time going to a traditional gym. I could not find the motivation to go. After my first class at Burn Boot Camp in Knightdale, NC, I was hooked. I signed up that day and have loved every single session since. The instructors are incredible and attentive. I love it so much I have started to recruit my close friends. I highly recommend this gym!!

When I decided to take Burn Boot Camp up on their 28 Day Challenge for $79, it changed my life! It was the best gift that I have ever given myself. After the challenge, I decided this is the place where I need to be. I feel fantastic! I've really surprised myself because I’m stronger and have more endurance than I ever thought I would have.

Joining Burn Boot Camp has been the best decision for restarting my fitness journey. Every workout challenges me in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger and more motivated each time. The trainers are phenomenal always encouraging and pushing me just enough to help me grow while making me want to keep coming back. The community here truly feels like family, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it. I’m excited for many more years at Burn!
