I used Master Heating and Cooling to complete the installation of a new heat pump and air handler I purchased and installed. They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry, and getting their technicians to my home to begin the work.

Extremely pleased with their responsiveness, customer experience, and work. I have found many contractors and vendors to be unreliable, unresponsive and difficult...Masters was the opposite, they were extremely communicative, easy to work with, and everyone from their team was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. We had them replace 2 HVAC units and clean/sanitize ducting. I highly recommend.
