I was having issues with my drain field and unfortunately this company doesn't repair that, however, I cannot say enough about HOW HELPFUL KENDALL WAS!!! She sent us recommendations of companies that could repair and also gave us much needed advice on steps on how to proceed. Just based on that I would absolutely use this company in the future. You don't get that kind of helpfulness/ customer service often, so it should be recognized. Thank you Kendall and island septic.

Josh and Johnny were awesome. They answered all my questions and did an excellent job. Polite, kind, friendly and really showed their knowledge and expertise. I have finally found a company I can trust to be honest and fair. Thank you guys! I really appreciate you! Big shout out to Kendall in the office, great customer service. We recently had our tank pumped. Everyone I talked to was polite and courteous and made the experience easy. Josh was the guy that came out to our house, and he was very polite and helpful, offering to help in any way he could. I don't do this often, but I would highly recommend him and the company.
