Amy is professional but warm, attentive and does incredible massage and body work based on your specific needs each visit. She helps me maintain flexibility and reduce muscle tightness and fatigue, as well as offering immediate relief for my TMJ, sinus headaches and periodic strained muscles from seasonal overload. She is a Godsend, and so flexible with accommodating my quirky schedule. I'd go every week if I could!!
