Had a biannual maintenance appointment scheduled. We had some winter weather come in and of course that’s when the heating unit stopped working. Was going to call to change the maintenance appointment to a service call. They called just before I planned to call them. They were calling to reschedule maintenance do to winter weather. They had a service tech out who fixed the problem the next day which was a day prior to originally scheduled maintenance appointment and rescheduled the maintenance appointment to be conducted within a a short period of time. Alyssa is amazing. She took the time to assess an issue with the HVAC at my rental and solve the problem. I had a previous company attempt to fix it but they were unsuccessful. Now, I request Alyssa whenever I need help. J&J, you are lucky to have her!

Anthony was very polite answer my questions and I appreciate his work ethics he loves what he does and I would recommend him and company to anyone but I asked for him because he rebuilt my system when first moved in 51/2 yrs ago
