Lady was very nice with good personality, but messed up on all of my nails. I had to go to the salon down the street and the man fixed all of my nails. I usually go to nail expert in Mt. Olive, but was in Kinston and decided to try a new salon.

They be rushing and over charges. She said her husband was coming like she tells everybody else but never shows up. She charged to cut nails and take polish off, nobody else does that. We said we would wait until tomorrow, she said she would be busy. But you never have anybody in here so BUSY WHERE the lies. DON'T GO THERE!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I went here to try out a new nail salon. I walked in and there was one worker and she asked me what I needed done. I told her and then she didn't say anything else. I stood there for a couple minutes before she told me to sit down. As I was sitting I was looking at the desk and it was dirty. There was a lady in the back behind a door yelling at someone on the phone. I got up and walked out. As I was walking away the lady said her husband was on his way. So, I'm paying for a service and you want me to wait for someone to get to the salon. No thank you!
