A very fun course! Most holes are accessible in 2, however the greens can be challenging. They are fast with undulation. One of my favorite course in Eastern NC. The price is reasonable and not over crowded!
First time playing FCGC, live about an hour away. I was pleasantly surprised, despite it being an older course the best thing about it was the condition. It is very well maintained, other than the cart paths which need a lot of work like most older courses. The man at the front desk was not real friendly, not sure if this is his general nature or was having a bad day. I was trying to engage in conversation with him about the course and it was hard getting any response from him.

Great course for a great price! Greens and fairways are some of the best in the area. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. I have a group that travels just over an hour to play there most weeks.
