Have NOT received refund for a full Fan unit that I paid for September 23rd (ten) days ago. It only took 24 hours to charge my card. This is the second time a case has been miss diagnosed by the same Technician. Been doing business with the company for 20 years. I am Totally Concerned about my refund and Dissatisfied with the Service.
I was visiting my mom from out of state and her heat went out. Call the day before Thanksgiving and they came right out and took care of my mom's unit. My mom unit went out once before and they brought heaters to stay warm until the parts came in. It's such a blessing to still have a company that cares about people and their well being. God bless!!
Sammy came out the morning I called and fixed our AC quickly. I will be calling them again for our AC needs. Linda, in the office, was also very polite and helpful.Service: A/C system maintenance
