My experience from this shop was very good. My car was wrecked. The work that needed attention was explained in great detail was understandable. But later it was classified as total. I would recommend anyone to Carstar Parker Body shop and Collision.
Our Carstar Parker’s Bodyshop experience was great. You never want to have a damaged vehicle or have to be inconvenienced without it, but if you must, this is the place to be. The staff were experienced, knowledgeable and courteous and did an excellent job repairing my truck. Good as new, probably better! They make sure you know what to expect upfront. They don’t surprise you with bull , they let ya know upfront what’s gonna happen and keep you informed along the way. Great job folks!!!
Everyone was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. They kept me up to date on the status of the repairs and worked quickly. The truck looks great and they even cleaned the inside very well. I am extremely pleased with the repairs and would take another vehicle there in the future.
