I contacted Accurate Plumbing on a Monday morning, after finding my hot water heater not working. The phone was answered and an approximate time was set up for them to come by, only a couple of hours later. They arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem, went over my options and had a new water heater installed by 5:00pm. I can’t ask for more. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would call them again the next time I need a plumber.
Jonathan and George arrived in a timely manner and went to work right away. After finding the clean out value under the snow, Jonathan informed me that the job might actually be the city’s responsibility. Jonathan communicated the problem to several people in Trenton until he was sure I would be taken care of. On his way out, he asked me to leave a message on the company’s phone that the city had fixed the problem. If I have any other plumbing or sewer problems, I will definitely call Accurate Plumbing.
