I never used this company before, but my HVAC unit quit at 3:30 in the morning. I called my regular HVAC place that I've been dealing with for years that have a 24-hour emergency number and they couldn't get me till Monday what good was that. I took a chance not knowing who to call so with me being a small business owner I called a small business here in Kings Mountain, McDaniels Heating and Air. Chris was on his way to Shelby to another job and just happened to be in our neighborhood and stop by and fixed it for us. I called McDaniels Heating and Air on a Monday afternoon, and they came out quickly to diagnose my A/C issue. Chris walked me through the pros and cons of replacing the compressor versus installing a whole new unit, and his honesty made the decision easy. I chose a new unit, and they had it installed by Thursday morning of the same week. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. I now have a reliable, trustworthy A/C company I can count on. Highly recommend McDaniels Heating and Air.

I inquired about an estimate for new duct work and new Hvac system on Sunday. Chris came out that Monday, had an estimate that Monday afternoon. I had several more estimates for the same work but decided on Chris's estimate due to it being the most reasonable. He answered all my questions. His employees came out the following week and worked very hard for next 2 days removing the old duct work and installing the new duct work and HVAC system. I was impressed with the promptness in receiving the estimate and the efficiency of the work done. I would certainly recommend McDaniel Heating and Air.
