Needed a ladder. Called in advance and was told they had the ladder I needed in stock. There was only one guy working and he was helping a customer before me. It took some time - but it was worth the patience. The guy was very friendly and helpful. Owned me the straps and a blanket to out over the cab of my truck to prevent scratches. He said he trusted that I would return them when I returned the ladder. Unheard of companies going above and beyond like this in larger cities. I returned the ladder a day early and received a credit - I know I'll need to rent something eventually. Great prices and helpful staff.
