I spoke with David in early November. We requested that certain items were completed, walls refinished, carpet and VCT stripped and replaced and a wall demoed and refinished. He provided pricing and started work within a few weeks. Our request also stipulated that the work be complete by the end of December. We had several change request along the way. David was complete within our schedule and very professional.
These guys did a real good job of removing the old popcorn ceiling and making a smooth ceiling which is very important, painting most of the house inside and remodeling a bathroom. They were also very pleasant and nice.
Deck structure repaired and all surface boards replaced. Installed deck-step lighting. David assessed my drainage issue and installed a French drain to help address the problem. I plan to use his services in the future.
