I was impressed on my 1st visit here. The office is nice and medical staff are super friendly! It was nice chatting with staff who is a fellow Veteran. The nurse and Andrea helped me forget why I was there. I will definitely go back if needed and am glad to know it's close by. Thank you to the three medical staff I encountered who made this visit not so bad!

Friendly Medical Staff. Short waiting time. Found the root of the problem of my medical needs. Expedited my prescription in Rural Hall, with 45 minutes before the Pharmacy was closed. Drove there, and my prescription was already filled. Good to know I could start my Antibiotics right away to have a speedy recovery. Believe it or not, I am looking forward to my next unforeseen visit at you Urgent Care Facility.. Thanks again!

Was very impressed by young man at counter. Very professional and kind.. Tiffany CNP was also very kind and informative in addressing my illness. Though in past I had very rude woman dr who was so belittling… enough to not want to ever go back to this facility. I was in much need of medical care and was so thankful to have had someone like Tiffany at this appointment. She gave me beck the faith in Cardinal care. Rest of staff excellent.
