I was seen for extreme knee pain and it was as good an experience you could have while also being in pain. The staff was very caring, helpful, and I was seen promptly. Zoe took my pain seriously but also sprinkled in some humor. I felt like I was in the right place to have my concerns addressed. My prescriptions were called in quickly and I was able to start taking the medication 20 minutes after leaving. Kudos to the staff at Surf Urgent Care for their kindness and care.
Brought my 2 year old nephew to this Urgent Care after an incident on vacation and he was well cared for by Zoe Sherman, PA-C. As a healthcare provider myself, I was concerned about walking into an urgent care (that I knew nothing about) with a pediatric patient. We were met with extremely helpful staff (the receptionist was excellent at her job) as well as efficiency, professionalism, and high quality medical care in a facility that is well taken care of! Extremely pleased with Surf Urgent Care! Should we need you guys on vacation again, I would choose Surf again!
