They were extremely professional, timely, advocated for their customers, and helped to guide me through the entire insurance process. We had no delays or issues, and were back in our house in less than 3 months after extensive damage. They were extremely responsive and understood the stress we were under. We recently had a leak in our second-floor bathroom, at our Duck N.C. Beach home, that collapsed the ceiling in the first-floor bedroom. The damage ruined the ceramic tile in the second- floor bathroom as well as the vanity and carpet. The first-floor bedroom, carpet ceiling, furniture, King size bed was also ruined.I called American Reliable Insurance first, then called Phoenix Restoration. Rick from Phoenix arrived within an hour and begin the remediation. This required putting in about 3 large humidifiers and pulling up the carpet.
