I ordered a dozen roses from Nags Head Florist to surprise my wife for our anniversary trip to the beach. They took time to offer suggestions & ideas to get the perfect arrangement (which I appreciated!) and set up a delivery schedule to the hotel we would be staying.
Not only were the roses delivered on time, they were beautiful. And talk about going the extra mile for the customer: they even left me a sturdy, heavy duty cardboard box with a hole cut in the top for the vase so it wouldn't fall over on the ride home (hope I'm not giving away trade secrets here, but it worked like a champ! 😉).
