We used Comfort Connections multiple times over the years for repairs as well as new installation of HVAC units at our properties. Rich, the owner, is incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He always provides repair solutions based on what’s best for your property rather than trying to sell you something unnecessary. The owner(Rich) is one of the best people u can ask to talk to you. When it comes to getting you cooling they are on the top of their game. they teach their new guys pretty fast and for the last few years its been the same 5 people which is nice too. They are very professional and kinds and courteous.
