⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff at Stone Basyx were absolutely wonderful. Everybody was so friendly, helpful and patient with me and my indecisive husband (lol). They have a huge selection of countertops and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Tiffany and Lionel for a great experience.
We have had an excellent experience at stone basyx. Our customer specialist, Cindy, has been kind, helpful, and accommodating. We made 4 or 5 trips to look at different slabs and/or take another look at same slabs and she was patient and always worked with the team to get the slabs we wanted to see showing. She emailed other locations to get detailed photos/descriptions of specific slabs we were interested in for us, which was extremely helpful. Overall, we were very impressed with Cindy and stone basyx. Great inventory of slabs, excellent website/live inventory, and wonderful customer service!
Great customer service in picking out my new quartz counter top. I was in three times to look, before I decided. Wonderful selection, clean facility and all that helped me were professional, knowledgeable, and kind.Thank you!
