ATTENTION MUSICIANS I've surprised this guy several times by bringing in my tuba cases for zipper repairs, leather replacements, and even for rips. But every single time this guy has a huge smile on his face and reasures me that he's got it covered. He does amazing work on fabric instrument cases. Highly recommended if you need something fixed!!!!

I’ve taken so many shoes here from Coach tennis shoes. His service is excellent. His repairs are immaculate. You need your shoes redone or repaired. Definitely go here that.

Wonderful experience! The owner was great to work on two pairs of boots I own. He repaired the bottoms as well as my laces. Great prices and only took 4 days to complete the work! Highly recommended!

Brought a very beloved bag in that was a grinch lounge fly. The butt zipper had broken. They carefully made sure to get the right color and match it that I wanted. He is very well done and is back to working shape very pleased!

I really wanted to like these boots and appreciate the effort that went into making them, but I’m honestly not fully satisfied with the final result. I had specifically asked for the boots not to be sewn so they would stay waterproof, but they were stitched anyway. Not only does this compromise the waterproofing, but the stitching also doesn’t look very polished, and the boots still aren’t glued the way I expected. What would have helped most is clearer communication up front. If the look or construction I wanted wasn’t possible, I really wish I had been told that before moving forward. I ended up paying a pretty high price for a fix that didn’t turn out the way I expected, and for just a bit more I could have bought a new pair altogether. I can tell there was effort put in, and I don’t want to be overly negative, but the end product just didn’t match what I requested or hoped for. Better transparency and managing expectations would have made a big difference. I called back multiple times to express my concerns - but they were done sooner - and when I went to pick them up I explained my frustration. Next time I'll just buy a new pair - these just meant a lot to me so it is really sad. But my fault for not just taking them back the day of drop-off. I had a feeling it wouldn't be good - so my fault.
