Optometrist is very knowledgeable and friendly! She always makes it a pleasant experience. She is just GREAT.Staff out front is a little pushy on upselling you on your glasses. After 3 bad experiences of this, I have decided to see the good doc and then take my glass prescription somewhere else. I don’t know if their salary has a “sales” clause in it but they sure make it seem that way.I will add that they ALWAYS at the very end, are nice. You know, when it’s pay up time.
Ryan is not only highly competent and efficient, but he is a genuinely nice person. It is obvious he cares about each and every one of his customers. The Kernersville Walmart Vision Center is very fortunate to have him as a long-term employee. I couldn't have been more pleased!
I haven’t had an experience this wonderful at any clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so nice and helpful and Michele the assistant manager was truly a joy. She’s so personable and I felt like I’d known her for years!
