Great experience! Amanda Rickher was very efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. My appointment was on time, without any waiting, and it went fast. I believe I was in and out less than 30 mins! She made my eye exam very comfortable and relaxing. Any time I had a concern, she always assured me that everything was fine. I would highly recommend her services. My visit with well vision was an unexpected happy ending to my day. Dr. Reicher took Exceptionally good care of me ,, set me up with my contacts all in one visit and was able to see again thank you so much. They absolutely get five stars. I would recommend them to anybody needing their eyesight back. also, she just simply had the best and happiest personality!!!!
They took time and were very patient while helping my uncle. My uncle is hard of hearing and they spoke loud and clear for him. They allowed me to help during the screening so he could understand what they were doing. Very professional and caring ladies! They set up a referral right away and made sure I had all the information I needed to help my uncle with his vision needs.
