I met Claire in a pilates class years ago when she was studying to be a pilates instructor. As soon as she opened her studio I joined her and have never left - it has been over 12 years! She is AMAZING!! She truly has a gift in her ability to teach, demonstrate and explain the mind/body connection. Her instruction is always clear and easy to follow. I trust her and respect her knowledge and expertise. She has always makes me feel comfortable in class, provides feedback in a positive and encouraging way and challenges me when she sees fit. I initially took group classes with Claire but when I started to have an issue with my back and sciatica I decided to start private classes and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Since Claire has such an incredible understanding of the body she made sure my classes were tailored to help strengthen and improve my core and not exasperate my issues. I am happy to say that I rarely have back and sciatica issues. My body has definitely changed in the last 12 years as I have aged and being in Pilates has definitely kept me strong and able to live my life to its fullest. Claire has truly been a gift to my health and well being & I will always be forever grateful!“
