From start to finish friendly customer service. I had them install vinyl and wall wall carpeting. There was a problem with the carpet that happened when it was made it was discovered after it was put down. They came back, pulled it all up and put another roll of carpet down! How can youask for anything more? It was a mistake that wasn’t theirs and they corrected it immediately! Good luck with that kind of services at the big box stores! The installers were top-notch did excellent work and swept their way out of my house. Highly recommend.?????

Pilot Flooring made my carpet buying experience easy. Zollie was great to work with on getting the carpet when I needed it and installing quickly and did a wonderful job. Zollie was great to work with and very flexible. I would highly recommend for all your flooring needs.
