Novant Health Rehabilitation Center - Kernersville

I have only been coming for a short time but let me tell you from the Ladies who check you and to the PT staff everyone is fabulous. Ms. Jackson my therapist is warm, caring, knowledgeable, supportive and sweet as she can be. Great place definitely 5 stars.. May 2026

I can't say enough good about this practice. After a difficult hand surgery that hasn't gone exactly as planned, these folks have been the bright spot of the whole process. The office staff has been nothing but extremely helpful and very friendly from first contact. The facility is clean and well maintained. Despite what I've seen in other reviews, parking is ample and not a problem.
My therapist, Megan, has been a delight. She is extremely knowledgable, and has taken the time to listen to concerns and issues. She's pushed when needed, and has provided much needed constant encouragement. She has been the key factor in my recovery progress.

I had PT after my total knee replacement Feb 3, 2026. I could not have asked for more professional therapist who both pushed me without overdoing it, and I am farther along because they were so good. I cannot be more pleased with my PT.
