I would like to commend Novant Health Neurology in Kernersville. I set up an appointment for a family member and requested that everyone who interacts with her wear a mask. Everyone followed through with ZERO resistance. Additionally, they supported my request to keep my family member out of the waiting area in a more remote location in the lobby so as not to interact with too many waiting patients.Dr. Morris was kind, patient and recommended virtual visits going forward, citing the prevalence of respiratory viruses. The customer service of Novant Health is beginning to rival that of Wake Forest Atrium Health, which has consistently been stellar.

Very nice people from the receptionist to the doctors. They listen to your concerns and needs. They really do work with you about migraines. I have been going to this clinic for about 7yrs and I highly recommend them.

Everyone was so very nice and courteous. Made me feel at ease. The neurologist was extremely nice and open to questions if I had any. He explained what he wanted to do. He made me feel he truly cared about me as his patient.
