Looking forward to going back here! I personally had a great experience at this office. All of the staff from the front desk workers, nurses, lab staff, and providers were great. I saw Rowanty Campbell, and I’m really grateful for her and her nurse who both took the time to listen and truly made me feel heard about my concerns. I’m a young person who’s healthy on paper but had some health scares come up and was a little worried no one would take me seriously. Both the nurse and the doctor listened intently and asked questions and seemed to genuinely care to help me figure this out. I am really appreciative.
I read some of the negative reviews when searching for an office, but didn’t have any of those negative experiences myself. I was a bit nervous because some reviews from a couple years ago mention them rushing appointments or people having to wait long for bloodwork… but personally I felt like they spent more time than I would’ve expected listening to my concerns and hearing me out.
In terms of waiting for bloodwork… I waited maybe 15 mins tops which I think is pretty dang reasonable considering you don’t have to drive anywhere else or take another day off work to schedule bloodwork out of office. So the bit of wait seemed totally reasonable given that they gave me bloodwork just on a dime without any appointment!
As an out of towner who felt overwhelmed about finding a new provider down south, I’m very grateful I ended up going here!

A lot of waiting. Appointment time was 8 am. We finished with the doctor at 8:52 and proceed to wait for lab work. Labs were drawn at 9:28am. However, just based on observation there are many staff however no one seems to be working. This was my first time here and it will be my last. My time is no less valuable than the doctors or staff.

I liked them at first but as many do they lie as they unfold. Forget to send in all scripts and many have not taken me seriously. I have serious health problems it's
a struggle as I said they fail to take it seriously! My life on the line is not their's. Saw an actual MD who I felt was trying to be honest but the minions... bottom line is I AM AFRAID OKAY?😢 Just bcuz we are older in no way means we don't matter 😭

I was sent home with a rated pain of 12. I was told someone would call me. They did not call or offer me anything for pain. I can’t raise my arm above my waist.

From the time I first met Dr. Gavour until this very day I have loved my visits with him. He asks the right questions, he listens, he's attentive and I always leave the office feeling like he cares. He's my new favorite doctor. Definitely an asset to the practice.
