Had two dresses done for my wedding YEARS ago. The work was done phenomenally! I am now in need of alterations on an evening gown and was doing my research on the hours of this establishment. After reading the owners replies to many comments, and the pure lack of customer service and pleasant attitude - as someone who manages a large business- I would never give my business to someone who speaks to the customers in such a manner. I will be going elsewhere purely based on the way the owner has replied to other reviews. Humility, kindness, and humbleness go a long way.

We went there to get my húsbands leather jacket fixed we called before we left and they said yes they do in fact work on leather jackets and just to bring it up there . So we did and she gave us a piece on it then when we ask her ask her about the inside pockets she said no we don't work on leather it was 2 women that came to the front desk . Poor customer service . They just didn't want to do it and the bottom line .

Just picked up my suit. Pants are still too big, was told the jacket pockets would be opened; they weren’t. I was told the back tail of the jacket would be opened up; wasn’t at all, was told all the labels would be removed; they weren’t, I paid full Price for everything to be done, & really nothing is completed. I leave first thing in the morning for a wedding that I’m in and this is the suit all the groomsmen are wearing. I’ll be the one with the ill fitting suit.

Finally getting around to my review here. Been here twice both for brand new suit alterations, both on short notice as well. The first time needed some work and the Owner was very understanding, took care of the problem which allowed me to come back. When I brought the second suit in everything was perfectly perfect. Exactly how I needed it and wanted it. The prices are fair for the work, the rush fee is extremely reasonable. Check them out.

I've been a loyal customer of New Era Alterations, Dry Cleaning & Shoe Repair for years because of their consistent reliability and excellent service. Recently, there was a minor issue involving damage to a few pairs of jeans. The owner, Mr. Brett Edwards, made every effort to repair the items, and when that wasn’t possible, he didn’t hesitate to reimburse me for all three pairs. His quick action and integrity in resolving the matter speak volumes about his commitment to customer satisfaction.
I had no intention of switching dry cleaners over an honest mistake—and after experiencing how professionally it was handled, I’m even more confident in continuing to support this business. The entire staff is always friendly, and the alteration team deserves a special shout-out for their consistently fantastic work.

This place did a great job repairing a tear in my ottoman cover for me. Only reason for 4 stars is because all of the extra thread was left behind for me to trim off in hopes I didn’t cut the wrong ones.

I can’t say enough good things about this dry cleaner! My daughter recently had a prom dress emergency—she needed alterations done in a very short amount of time, and I was honestly worried no one would be able to pull it off. But this place? Absolute lifesavers! From the moment she walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and totally understood the urgency.They treated her like she was their top priority, which as a parent, I can’t tell you how much that meant to me.. We’ll be back for sure!
