I really appreciate that if you have a problem the owner gets personally involved and helps. I have never had such great service at a dry cleaner before. Even though I don't live in Kernersville I'm willing to drive there for the great service.

I used this cleaners for years but several weeks ago I dropped my husbands gray dress pants off on a Saturday and when I went back to get them they couldn’t find them and had no clue what happened to them. That’s been at least a month ago and I haven’t gotten an apology or explanation so I guess my husband is out of a dress pair of slacks. Guess I’ll have to find another cleaners…,sad because this one was convenient and they did a good job as long as they don’t lose your clothes!11/24/23 Four weeks after the above review. I can’t say enough good things about Brett and the team at New Era. I have been using them for several months now for dry cleaning and alterations and have always been impressed with the quality of work and level of customer service.
