This was the best repair and heat pump installation services I’ve ever received in the 47 years I’ve live in this home. Terry was excellent at explaining matters in terms I could understand. He knew his product and I felt I could trust him in all areas of sale and installation. I couldn’t be happier with my new heat pump. Thank you for your great company and providing great service.
Once again master heating & cooling has shown that they do the best quality work , as shown by Robert with the plumbing upgrade he performed. He followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the installation and there were no issues. When there was a problem with water flow, he came back and verified what I discovered as a problem. He diagnosed the problem and within a short time, he resolved it. Followed up with checking all faucets in the house insuring everything was working properly and I was satisfied. He is another example of the experience, skilled, quality , customer focus and care. I'm am new at home maintaining. I knew something was wrong so I began to search for a plumbing company with reputable reviews. I call them for a leak on the hose in the backyard. When they arrived they informed me that they will be accessing the whole house and sit with me to discuss their finding and my options. I reviewed the contract and the following day a team came to fix the problem which took all day. The sale representatives Brook and Jordan were very professional. Their behind the scene team, especially Jose were very knowledgeable of the job at hands.
