I was struck by a DOT vehicle and was having back spasms. I was able to easily find the closest cone health with the shortest wait time. I made an appointment but arrived about 30 min early since we were already in the area. They took me immediately. The MA was great, the Provider was excellent. She addressed my immediate concern and also took into consideration my existing conditions when prescribing the medication and treatment plan. X-rays were needed and they were quickly taken and interpreted. Best experience with urgent care ever
I was dreading a long wait at an urgent care with a health emergency but was so pleasantly surprised to receive such kind and competent care with almost no wait at all. Thank you Cone Health Urgent Care in Kernersville.
First time using Cone health and it was a great experience. From check in to the nurses to the doctor all of them were very friendly, professional, and thorough. I’ll be going back there when I’m not feeling well.
