I was struck by a DOT vehicle and was having back spasms. I was able to easily find the closest cone health with the shortest wait time. I made an appointment but arrived about 30 min early since we were already in the area. They took me immediately. The MA was great, the Provider was excellent. She addressed my immediate concern and also took into consideration my existing conditions when prescribing the medication and treatment plan. X-rays were needed and they were quickly taken and interpreted. Best experience with urgent care ever

Had a very bad experience with this urgent care. People don't go there just go to the hospital for your medical needs,Because this urgent care don't help people they rather send you to the emergency room instead. No need for Urgent care when they are limited to what they can provide. Hospital is the way to go

Dr. Ragan showed no concern for my issue. He spent less than 2 minutes with me, didn't seem to care about my questions, and rushed out the door. Over a day and 1/2 and I still have not seen or heard my lab results. Tried calling and no one answered. Feel like the Dr. treated me like I was faking symptoms. Gave the UC a 2 instead of 1 because the rest of the staff were polite, professional, and seemed to care. Clean facility and very little wait time.

Was treated well gave quick diagnosis of my problem. I have always been looked after by staff members of the Cone Group in Kernersville and Greensboro, NC.

If you have all day to wait in an empty lounge area... Come to this urgent care. The receptionist are always wonderful. There was 1 person in front of me, they went in after about 5 mins of me being here, it's now been another hour and I'm still sitting here. I am here for a tick bite for the 2nd time, this should be easy. All this after trying to call first and being hung up on by the main call line receptionist (not the folks here). Zero regard for people's time.
Update - evidently the FD bought in a procedure... Still no regard for people, someone could have popped their head in to tell me. I had to go out and ask why I've been sitting here for an hour.
All that being said, the staff is great and very nice, my feeling is a systematic issue and these nice people are getting the blame for bad and greedy corporate policies and procedures.
