For a leak under a garage floor, they were able to run a new line from the main meter instead of breaking through the concrete. They handle water emergencies quickly, arriving in time and offering good solutions at reasonable prices. The plumbers are professional, knowledgeable, and listen to questions and concerns. The person in the office handling customer calls is super nice and very helpful. While any plumbing company is pricey, Cardinal seems willing to work with pricing. The service itself is great, with plumbers doing a great job replacing valves and fixing problems. They are available 24/7. Customers are grateful for the service and highly recommend them for all needs. They will use them in the future and call again.

Our shower neck decided to break behind our wall and we tried everything to get the broken piece out...I called Cardinal Plumbing this morning and they were able to come out same day! Dylan was able to get the broken piece out and a new assembly attached in about half an hour! He was courteous, friendly, and all around easy to work with. I appreciate Cardinal Plumbing and will be calling them for any and all our plumbing needs in the future! Thanks again!!!
I highly recommend! Finally after having 3 people come to look for the leak in my condo Joe found it. I must have rambled on and on, but he listened to me and was able to find where the leak was coming from! A1 costumer service!
