Was very pleased with the process starting with the inspection of our existing roof, assistance with making an insurance claim, providing description of the recommended shingles, references to homes that we could view in person with an opportunity to review for quality and color preference, thorough professional and prompt communication throughout the process, timeliness of starting and completing the roof replacement followed by thorough review and cleanup. The installer team took great care to protect the area around the home too. Could not have been more pleased with the entire process!
