I made an appointment for a physical at this office and left a message to for them to confirm it would be a physical. They never called back. Of course it was not a physical, but I There and I requested to pay at time to check out all I did was talk to the doctor and I paid and now I have another bill from them for a piddly amount, but it’s infuriating. Why would I pay? I got an estimate it was less than what I paid there and then they want more. Do not trust this doctor office.

The new app does not allow you to request med refills anymore. The automated message doesn't give you an option to request med refill. Very frustrating. They need to do better.

This review pertains to my health care with Dr. William Smith. Dr. Smith is thorough with reviewing my chart prior to coming into my room. He always patiently reviews my lab results with me and answers all my questions. He makes sure I remain current with getting my preventive tests completed before my wellness visit. I highly recommend this health care doctor.

Worst people to work with . Went in for a yearly check and got charged for a sick visit all because the doctor asked me questions.. Been trying to get my bill fix since Dec. Gave me the run around with false hope about fixing the bill.. No follow up.. Bill gets sent to collections. Had to call multiple times. Finally they call back with sorry excuses about not following up.. In a rude manner and nothing they can do. 3 months later.. I will never return... Fyi.. Check your bills.. It may be some insurance fraud going on.. Charging patients for services that wasn't performed
