My carpet was cleaned by Jimmy. I am very pleased with the results. I hadn't had a chance to clean my carpet for sometime but after his visit, i am pleased to say my carpet has not looked this clean in a very long time even after being cleaned by someone else. Jimmy was on time. Drove up in a van that is well labeled. Verified what needed to be cleaned. Asked questions to make sure which equipment and chemicals to utilize. He was quick, and very professional. He told the time to explain the different processes for different stains. Then explained our situation. His prices are right inline with the current market. We will definitely utilize Mr Jimmy Stevens again.
Excellent service! He was able to come clean our carpets the next day and was able to get all of the pet marks and stains out of the carpet. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommend!
