I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the ladies who took my two calls as I considered options for service maintenance plans and then handled scheduling, which was incredibly prompt. Communication from Kyle Venable, the comfort specialist, was outstanding from his first phone call until he finished the job. He thoroughly answered my questions, took his time to do all aspects of the maintenance, and made me feel great about my choice of Renfrow!
Patrick and Bradley worked efficiently and thoroughly, taking time to answer my questions and to explain what I need to know. They were friendly as well as polite. Highly recommend Renfrow Heating and Air.
Renfrow Heating and Air completed the install of my new Trane yesterday (2/29/2024). It took three days to install all new duct work and the actual unit. First, the install team was amazing. When they arrived they always knocked to let me know they were here. They went right to work and worked continuously. They were very polite, well-mannered, very considerate of my 15 year old Yorkie, and made an extra effort not to be intrusive. As much as I knew, I checked behind them after they left and it was obvious they knew what they were doing.
