I'm so happy. I'm not going to name names, but I had shoddy work done elsewhere and needed to get it fixed asap (along with the rest of the damage that was ignored by the previous shop). Not only did Derrick take his time to communicate well with me, he also stood by the work and fixed the minor issues I had without question or delay.
