The nail polish is coming off and I asked them to fix it for me. I was told that there are no guarantees after five days. Which I didn't know. And then today just makes day 6. You tell me that you couldn't make a small exception to make a customer happy. I just wanted them to polish the two that the nail polish had come off of. That's sad!!!!
Let me begin by saying I am a licensed nail technician myself. I have close friends that are Vietnamese and speak very fluently. I debated a lot before I decided to make this review. I also understand that I came in late requesting assistance and was prepared to possibly be told they could not do both services. I gave 2 stars for the kindness and efforts that the 2 staff provided to me even though I came in late requesting services. I also left both of them a tip as well which brought my total to $160. I had a mani/pedi done and I was happy with both. Then the technician talked me into getting a facial. This was not a facial. All she did was rub 3 different creams on my face. It lasted about 5 minutes and she charged me $50. I was very disappointed.
