“We took our 9 month cat here for an initial checkup and a round of vaccines. Dr. Duty and her staff were kind and attentive. My wife and I were very impressed at how thorough she was. This is definitely the vet for us.“

The Staff came out and took time with her until she was comfortable. I was worried we would not get her nails trimmed. They aim for reduced stress, less medication and happy customers ? We used to live around the corner from here but recently moved and still think it’s worth it to make the extended trip for our dog’s groom. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!“

“Taking from the front office till Doctor, all are very polite, kind and receiving. Dr Kira saw my Shih Tzu. She is very patient, listened to what we were saying, she is informative, explained clearly on whats happening and options we got. Dr her self called both times to share the blood work report and on Follow up test also. I wish we knew this facility before. I would recommend this facility for anyone who care their pet to be cared by a Vet and the staff just as the owner.“

I explicitly said I did not want that low of a cut on my dog (a goldendoodle) especially as it’s winter. I was only told after the appointment there was an option to detangle the hair, it just costs more. I also could have gotten the matted knots out myself with a detangler and then brought her back in but was not told about these options prior. My dog looks completely bald with 40 degree winter temperatures…I am also seeing that she was nicked and bleeding from her ear where they cut her. On the plus side, her coat was soft and fragrant and my puppy (2) is very energized and excitable so I’m grateful they helped me cut her nails and wash her. They also tried to leave some length around her head. I would like to give them another shot, but the initial results are so disappointing. This with the spa add on cost us 172….I want my money back at least in part especially since she was cut on her ear. I in no way want to get a hard working groomer in trouble, I just wish to share my honest review.“
