We love MAU for our family. It's far more than a work out or jist learning taekwondo skills. The program is designed to foster confidence, independence, respect of self and other and so much more. Oh, and it's so fun the kids don't even realize the extra life lessons. The instructors are all so wonderful, they treat the kids like an extension of family. And bonus- it's not just for the kids, there is an adult program too!

MAU has been a great experience for our family!! Master Harris, Instructors Moorman and Adams are patient and always willing to pull any student who is struggling aside to help them one on one so that they can do their best with the form they are working on. The life lessons my son has learned, along with the martial arts skills, have been a God-send!! If you are ever considering signing up for some classes at MAU absolutely go to it! You will not be disappointed!

Just started bringing my son but I must say....he loves it so much. Great exercise and the teachers are professional and friendly. Very excited to see my son develop his skills. Thanks MAU!!!!
