I called Zack's Towing because my 2016 Prius would not start. It was parked in the garage, and I wasn't sure what the problem was. I called the Toyota dealership and told them about the message on the car display screen which said I had a low auxillary battery. They advised me to have the car towed to the dealership where they could diagnose the problem. When I called Zack's towing, Terry answered the phone and went to a chat room that described the situation with my car. I called this business all the way from Pennsylvania in panic because my dad’s car had stopped near where they’re located. It was Friday night and everything was closed the next day as it was a weekend. Not only did Zack make sure my dad’s car was safe in a shop, he made sure the shop would open for my dad, and he took him to a hotel nearby. I cannot fully express my gratitude and the peace of mind Zack gave me. A wonderful service provided by a kind, respectful man!

Just an awesome guy. Picked my Jeep and I up along I-77. Then dropped it off at the garage and then took me to a motel until they can fix my Jeep first thing in the morning. I can't say enough about Zack. You need a tow he is the man to call. Thank you Zack.
