David came and finished the job the previous plumbers were unable to! I paid someone else for a new well pump and bladder tank install that resulted in them leaving me with a 5 gallon bladder tank, bad water pressure, a leak and me being afraid to use my own water. ( They're Nu and if you don't get a second opinion YOU will be Blue.) Sherry is the nicest person ever as well. Thank you so much DAVID COOKS PLUMBING.
I was intending to do this far earlier...but time got away from me!!! Excellent...just so thankful for this company!!! Respectful, compassionate and just wonderful services. The young men with Mr. Cook are so polite and empathetic. I had been without a well for 5 years. Several times disappoint...but they did not disappoint. Shout out to Justin, I believe at Hudson Wells that pointed them out. Justin was so sympathetic also. I hope I got his name right.
I apologize for any past negative reviews. In the past I was upset with David Cook's Plumbing because I felt that they did not keep appointment promises. In the past they installed a new water pump for us and did a pretty good job. We also had to call David to help unclog our sink drains. They went out of their way to help resolve the problem. The only problem that I can see with David Cook's Plumbing is that their work demand is so intense that they may not come to an appointment in a timely fashion; which can contribute to a customer entertaining a negative review. I would surely recommend David Cook's Pluming to anyone that would appreciate good quality work...read full review
